The Community Café—a monthly outreach event designed to uplift, support, and connect members of our community. The Community Café will take place every 4th Monday of the month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Mayfield Community center.

The purpose of The Community Café is to provide a welcoming space where individuals 55 and older can come together, engage in meaningful activities, and receive support in various areas of their lives. As a leader of faith and a pillar in the community, your presence would be invaluable in making this vision a reality.

Here’s a glimpse of what we have planned:

​

  • Game Station: Activities like Checkers, Chess, Bingo, Cards, Uno, Connect Four, Scrabble, and word searches for all to enjoy

  • Health Station: Providing health screenings (like taking vitals), answering health-related questions, and distributing literature on important topics such as diabetes, high blood pressure, strokes, and heart attacks.

  • Arts & Crafts: Creative activities to engage the community (we're still open to ideas and would love any suggestions you might have!).

  • Prayer Table: Your table, where people can come for prayer, spiritual guidance, and encouragement.
